I added a new V5B3T diagram thanks to an email.
A transmission removal page has been added for older Vespa large frames.
I finished the Vespa large frame cush drive rebuild page....finally.
The Vespa automatic project is coming along slowly with info added on converting to electric start and adding an oil mxing device.

The Vespa TS125 page has been updated with carb info thanks to an email.
I have a new project!! An automatic engine in a 1974 Vespa 90....
The entire electrical section has changed and includes much more than just diagrams now.

All the wiring diagram pages have been changed
A new section has been added showing how to add electric start to some Vespa engines and the differences betwen electric start & non-electric start motors.
A section on electrical switches has been added.

I've been working on small frames again and added the following pages: transmission disassembly, transmission rebuild, crank removal, crank install, and a page on closing the casings.

09.04.05 - Sorry for the lack of updates.

A Vespa PK80S Automatica and PK125S Automatica service manual has been added thanks to an email.
An electrical diagram for a Vespa GTR with a battery has been added.
I finished my RZ350 and am now driving it around and really enjoying it!
The RZ350 site is still being built but more and more goes up every day. It is now connected to the main site through the "Other Two Stroke Projects" link on the main page.

I've been a little sidetracked with scooters lately due to a Yamaha RZ350 I traded for a P200 project. I've started an RZ350 section of the site in a similar style to Scooterhelp.com. Here's a preview - there may be many broken links...It is still a two stroke so I will put it under the "other two stroke projects" section when it is done.
A Lambretta fork bearing and fork drop page has been added
A Lambretta ScootRS disk brake installation page has been added.
A Vespa semi-hydraulic disk brake install page has been added.
A USA spec Primavera with battery diagram has been added thanks to a reader mailing me one they derived from their bike.
I added a con rod tool made by Rich Presely to the specialized tools page.
The Jet Board main page has been updated to look like the main scooterhelp navigation page.

The Vespa serial number search page has been broken into a frame number search as before, and a new engine number search page. The engine search may deliver pages which are not yet created, but the info should be accurate.
Parts manuals for the MotoVespa 50cc, 75cc, and 125 Super have been added thanks to an email.
Parts manuals for the MotoVespa 125cc, 150cc, and 160cc have been added thanks to an email.
The rectifier & regulator page has finally been updated thanks to an email.

I had a problem with the Dell' Orto aftermarket carb for my TS1 and MB Developments were kind enough to show me the fix and allow me to post it. I have added it to the Dell'Orto carb page in the tuning section.
Jet Board #0628 has been added to the Jet Board serial page.
A picture of a Vespa PX 50 XL has been added to the model page.
Instructions for a small frame reed valve (from Polini) has been added thanks to an email.

A motorcycle barrel conversion page has been added to the tuning section. This lists many liquid cooled barrels that are most easily converted to scooter use with pictures of some barrels for reference.
