Casings: The casings are very similar to the P200 and PX200 casings except that the flywheel bearing outer dimension is larger.(The later models are exactly the same as a P200 but with a 6V stator system)

Cranks: The crank is the same as a P200/PX200 crank which is readily available.

Standard Barrel: The standard barrel has two main ports and a smaller third port. The barrel is not really useful for tuning as all the ports and transfers are internal to the barrel casting.

Kits: The Rally 200 can take all the same kits as a P series bike

Ignition: The Ducati ignition system on the late Rally bikes was reliable but is increasingly harder to find parts for. The system can be changed to a P series system by installing a P series stator, flywheel and CDI unit. These parts are still used on current Vespas so replacement parts are not a problem.
